The Le Puy du Fou has 35 hectares of liberty to discover
the History and Nature Show. The great falconry show will
let you admire the most beautiful birds of prey in a
sizzling free flight demonstration. With the great chivalry
and equestrian stunt show, you will you follow the trail of
the knights, close to the Renaissance castle.
The medieval city will show you how people lived at that
time, and you will also enjoy the minstrel magician show.
You can not miss the Fortress from the Year 1000. Do not
forget to see the great show called 'The Legend of Saint
Philibert' (with the voices of Robert Hossein, Jean Piat and
Catherine Salviat), as well as the village with thatched
roof houses.

The 18th century village will allow you to discover
outstanding craftsmen, traditional musicians and the
animated great chime, which is unique in France. Do not
forget to take a walk through the prairies and the woods.
There, you can find the great water theatre show, the
conservatory of rare ancient animals, the sunken road of the
Vendee wars, the water organ, the valley of flowers, the
floating bridge and the copper quintets. You can not miss

This is the story of Jacques Maupilier, a farmer from
Vendee. Philippe de Valier wrote CinÈscÈnie and the
screenplay for it. It is presented and brought to life by
the people living in the 15 cities of the Le Puy du Fou
country. It is shown 25 nights every year for 14,000
spectators per night. 800 actors, 50 knights, 400 people
working the reception desks and backstage are involved.
Sophisticated technical equipment is used on the gigantic
stage.

300 fireworks and 1500 spotlights are also part of the show.
It boasts the largest water jet system in Europe. Everything
is connected through 400km of electrical cables. The special
effects are breathtaking. Voices used include: Philippe
Noiret, Robert Hossein, Fran Áois Chaumette, Marie Dubois,
Michel Duchaussoy, Suzanne Flon, Denis Manuel, Jean Piat,
Catherine Salviat, Nicolas Silberg, Pierre Zimmer and
Dominique Leverd. Georges Delerue wrote the original music.
Over 6 million spectators in 22 years have experienced this
unforgettable 1 hour and 40 minute show.
